Just Say "Merry Christmas"
Think about it. We say "Happy Hanukkah", and we say "Happy Kwanzaa", and those terms are not excluding others, they are, just, friendly greetings to people during the holidays. So no one should feel uncomfortable about wishing people "Merry Christmas", it is just a friendly holiday greeting.
